Returns & Exchanges for Defective Products

HalfApple stands behind the quality of every stainless steel bowl and feeder. If your order arrives defective, we will repair, replace, or refund it quickly.

What qualifies as a return?

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products. If your stainless steel bowl, feeder, or accessory arrives with workmanship issues, cosmetic damage, or is not functioning as intended, we will make it right.

Return window

Please report any defects within 30 days of delivery. We recommend unboxing and inspecting your order immediately so we can process replacements quickly if something went wrong in transit.

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Email our team at info@thehalfapple.com with your order number, the item ID or name, and clear photos that show the defect.
  2. We will review your request within two business days. If approved, you will receive a prepaid return label or instructions for safe disposal depending on the item.
  3. Once we receive the defective item (or photo confirmation of disposal), we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective products. If you prefer a different size or style after receiving a defective product, let our team know in your email and we will arrange the correct item once the original is verified.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for products that are free from defects, display normal wear and tear, or have been modified after purchase.
